What would you do if you're about to die?

Hello. It's heavy topic but I kinda wanna ask.

What would you do if you're diagnosed terminally ill, which mean, your time is limited because your illness is (maybe) hard/expensive to be treated?

Or is there anyone here with chronic illness (not terminal but painful enough to do daily activities)?
