Is it normal to be attracted to mothers and teachers

I'm not solely attracted to appearances but rather who they are as a person.. I have a realistic standard and nothing is impossible but whenever a teacher of any gender/ mother speak to me i start stuttering and everythingg got me all blushing
(fathers not so much but it depends on the person)
