Looking for a BL (i dont remember the name of)

Basically in this The world was full of animals. Like dogs and such, that can switch between human and animal. (the mc being a dog with brown hair and glasses he's a corgi)

This BL so far wasn’t rlly a BL until like the later chapters. The ML which was a blue haired guy i think he was a cat i really don’t remember.

I hope someone knows what im talking about
