Which is better? Action anime with romance or without it

Specially when I action anime or manhwa just includes Romance out of no where in the story, what are your thoughts on that?

I much prefer action without romance. Especially when it's out of nowhere. I can accept it if it's a side-plot and not too cliche to the point it gets on my nerves. reply
