Bad advice from me but i sleep like i always do except i force myself to wake up and sleep less, like 5 hrs Then the next day ill be tired out my mind and so i sleep and i do that until it works and its fixed If i cant fall asleep no matter what i put asmr videos and after max 10 minutes i am OUT   reply

- Make the area around your bed cozy. - Taking a Sunbath during day gives a good sleep at night (trust me) - Make temperature of your room comfortable - DON'T use mobile or any gadgets 2-3hrs before sleeping. - Use blue cut eye glasses when you work on screen during day. - Take a good bath, and skin care before bed. - Don't over eat or under eat. -......   reply

TIRE YOURSELF OUT. Go jog or run or walk, if you're just at home, do chores, move around, exercise, do heavy stuff that will TIRE your physical body out. It wil also help if you won't even lay on your bed aside from only when you're about to go to sleep.   reply

Go out and do stuff the whole day like run around and do errands. The what u wanna do is get ur phone, laptop, TV whatever and play a really boring YouTube video. not a video essay.... but one of those gaming youtubers. I fall asleep, wake up toput my laptop up safely then fall back asleep no problem idk if its good for you but hey it might make u......   reply

What does your daily routine look like? If you're spending the day doing nothing/not being active, you'll have a harder time going to sleep because you haven't spent any energy. Easy way to spend some energy if you're stuck in the house doing nothing is going for walks.   reply

I have a similar problem and when it was really bad I found this video helpful https://youtu.be/86HUcX8ZtAk?si=GnnrLXu0bepc6CXL It wouldn't like immediately put me to sleep but it helped me relax more since most of my insomnia is caused by anxiety. Also try setting a goal for what time u want to be in bed and trying to fall asleep. Keep it realist......   reply

are u sure sleeping meds don’t work for u? i was the same way until i slowly increased my melatonin from 2mg to 10mg. i sleep sooo good now lol   reply

Train yourself like a Pavlov's dog and do something that relaxes you and then try to sleep. No matter how annoying or hard it is at first, even if you can't fall sleep right away, don't do anything else after that thing and just try to rest. After some times you're brain will train itself to feel sleepy after you do that thing. I have had trouble s......   reply
