I have a similar problem and when it was really bad I found this video helpful https://youtu.be/86HUcX8ZtAk?si=GnnrLXu0bepc6CXL It wouldn't like immediately put me to sleep but it helped me relax more since most of my insomnia is caused by anxiety.
Also try setting a goal for what time u want to be in bed and trying to fall asleep. Keep it realist......
