Just gonna go ahead and say I cheated. It's bad. The nuances of why someone cheats are irrelevant to the fact that it's bad, but it's relevant in the way you judge people. Not everyone cheats because they're evil, not everyone makes it an ongoing thing, and the "once a cheater.." trope is straight up not true.
I know it's not redeeming to explain......
