since you’re a young teacher they tend to be more relax around you, one of my old teacher was so anxious he kept teaching while everyone didn’t even care about what he was saying. you need rules in ur class, u can be more relax w them once they understand that you’re cool, yes, but you can also be strict if necessary. don’t give up, go seek......
