The place I'm in does not have water because of the water pipe line issue, so the water is expected to be down for few days. And as I have a very limited access of water, I need to start leaning new skill. Which is use a tissue after you shit, so to those who use tissue after you shit can you tell me how? I usually have a bidet so I never really use a tissue except to pat it dry
