Oh! I actually know this one. This is mainly bc manufacturers are using LEDS now, instead of the tye more softer halogen bulbs
LEDS are much more brighter and compact, so they hit even more when looking at them!
One of my favorite youtubers actually made a video in 2024 talking about how cars are getting dumber, and that's one of the points he talk......
