well, in my experience, the third lobe (pierced by a gun) hurt more than my helix (needle). I have quite of a high pain tolerance. I’d give the 3rd lobe a 3/10. It was quick since it was done with a gun and it will really STING for a few seconds before heating up. Maybe the pain also depends on what they use to pierce.
