Gen Z-ers
As a younger gen z I was quite shocked with the realization that some gen z-ers are already nearing 30. It's weird to me because I hear headlines saying things like 'what the young people notice' (young people being gen z) and about gen z ideologies, values, movements and I think 'ok.. Ig this is my generation' thinking the people referenced in those are of a similar age range to me, but then realize that some gen z's are already in their 20s, some nearing 30s.
The older gen z's have been adults for a few years and already been establishing their worldview, voice and outlook on life, that it made me feel like gen z and the era of gen z is already defined, and that we're now anticipating the next generation, gen alpha, and what they'll be like.
