Find new hobbies. Find activities outside (going to events, take a walk and stuff). Delete all your materials. Delete your mangago account (jk. at the very least delete all smuts you usually goon to from your lists). i myself am a gooner who's not interested on quitting so take this with a grain of salt ig I hope you find success!
