Yes happening to everyone. No you won't get anything back, they've already ran through restoration so what u have now is it. You'll have to readd everything. Look through update notifs, bookmarks, lists you've followed.
Don't feel too stressed- you'll find everything again and starting fresh isn't all bad, it helped me realize how much I had star......
