My friend didn't wish me happy birthday on my birthday and she talked to me later normally. Today is her birthday and I feel awkward about wishing her because she didn't do the same for me. Maybe she just forgot it was my birthday which is whatever. If I don't wish her it feels petty but if I do she'll likely then remember she didn't wish me and probably apologize and I don't really want an apology either.
