honestly don't rlly get cramps but GOD oh how I FEEL for the girls that constantly get them cuz when I get them even once i feel like exploding and then remember there's girls that prolly deal with that pain the whole day.. So I'd say I'm like a 1/10 cuz there's that and just stomach aches for the first day
