You won't see fast results. Generally that is how fat is working, results are fast, slow, fast, slow. You have to push through it. Few things. You have to move, exercise, but be careful, some exercises aren't really helpful. I am told protein foods help with weight. So lots of protein. Lots of fruit and juices.
