Become a CLS (clinical laboratory scientist) if you like science! In the USA initial salary is ~100k. To my knowledge you can get a bachelors degree (medical technology, clinical lab science, etc) but make sure it’s accredited and provides clinical training, if not you can get your bachelors in any major but you need to complete the prerequisites......
