What do yall do when depression hits to feel better?
Er... I may or may not be seeking advice BUT what does everyone do when they feel down in the dumps (or suicidal I'm not gonna sugarcoat ik we some depressed bitches here) To cheer up and get the courage to face another day? Genuinely curious.
Play with my kitties. Smoke a j and go out on a walk in the sun, walk barefoot on grass, play with the kids at the park. They love me. Instant joy. reply
