A top who is underage who chases an adult bottom is just as bad as an adult top who grooms a minor bottom. I see very little pushback on the former dynamic. I think people assume because the minor is the one who chases and does the penetrating, the power is in their hands, therefore the relationship is okay. But no, that's not how pedophilia works?......
