Maybe not missed/wasted potential but ruined potential which was Roses and Champagne. Liked the story, liked the characters (up to a point), loved the dynamic/tension between main characters, and a few other things. It was done so well until it utterly shat itself 3/4 through the story and is practically unredeemable.
