Have you heard about the upcoming live adaptation for Painter of the Night? What are your thoughts on it?
Here’s mine: NO FUCKING WAY ARE THEY DOING A LIVE ADAPTATION IN THAT SHIT STORY.
I mean, plot wise it’s okay-ish, definitely a part of the toxic BL’s. I personally hate that they’re making a live action for that when there’s so much more that deserves attention and has a better one to feed to the minds of the masses. I dislike the fucking culture where someone ends up falling for their rapists. Like I have so much more to say but somehow this news is making me so incredibly sad and disappointed.
Korean life action usually shit in quality anyway. Remember ORV adaptation where they were giving kim dokja guns? If they really want a POTN adaptation give it to the japanese or the Thais. 1 reply
