In your own opinion SHOULD omega men be called mothers? Because I find it personally off that they're called "mom" By majority of people. Simply for giving birth but they're still men, they still have a dick and in some works is shown that omega x omega can produce an offspring.
I feel like this is such a non-problem, just call them the way author designed them to. At the end, it's all just fictional. Honestly, I'd be more concerned to those people that glorifies problematic men irl. reply
