I’m Indian, and no marital rape still isn’t criminalised here. A lot of older-gen women have probably experienced it without even recognising it as rape because they were raised with the mindset that a husband has a “right” to sex whenever he wants. That mentality has been normalised for generations here and its fucking horrifying.
