im indian. no it's not criminalised. there was a movie spreading awareness about marital rape, and men acted as if it was propaganda AGAINST men! their arguments were "so she slept with the ex but she refused to sleep with me and im wrong?" like yes man that's how consent works. also, "so if i cant have sex with her why would i marry her?" you tell......
