you REALLY shouldn't have cats outside, it's both terrible for the cat and your local birds. outdoor cat's have a life expectancy of HALF indoor cats because there's so many diseases and predators and cars that can kill them horrifically. it sucks but please wait until you're in a different living situation to adopt one unless you can convince yo......
