For me i guess Caesar from Jojo part two, im sure there's more Italian characters out there but he's my favorite. As for Cuban characters....there's only Cuba from hetalia
Argentina. Tooru Oikawa became a naturalized Argentine citizen as an adult and plays for the San Juan volleyball team in the manga. He’s even been recognized by our real-life players. We call him 'Toto', we love Haikyuu around here.
