In my opinion, it’s unreasonable. Parents are responsible for their children, but that doesn’t mean their children can be a bum and leech off of them though.
You’re still young & just graduated from hs so it makes sense to still be dependent on your parents. Maybe they just want to motivate you to get a job by saying that?
