Sociopathy.
Too many works go to the extreme with this and depict serial killers/ rapists, but I'm talking about individuals that seem like regular joes but simply cannot empathize with others. The behavior is often very subtle but still affects the people around them and themselves in a negative way (corporate bosses, police officers or soldiers......
