Okay so is it just normal hormones to touch yourself secretly f even when you are in a room with your family or to whenever you're left alone (even in other people's houses) to touch yourself or hump something. I touch myself more than ten times a day and I also can't shower without masterbating like seriously.... I do feel shameful after I calm do......
