Doesn't sound like hypersexuality to me. I would say most children are exposed to sexual content around the age of 11, which commonly leads to interested or curiosity. That just gets magnified with puberty, and it often leads to masturbation and/or sex. It's an open secret that teens and young adults are hella horny. I don't think anything is wrong......
