Turn off AI overview on google

Limit your use of AI, save your cognitive ability and the environment. Lets start with google-
On Chrome go to settings
1. Go to Search Engine tab on the left
2. Click on manage search engines and sites
3. Scroll down a little. You will find Site Search. On the right side of Site Search, click on Add
4. Give a name, ex 'Google search' or 'Google web', on shortcuts, write '@web', and in the url, copy paste this-
{google:baseURL}search?q=%s&udm=14.
5. Click on add.
6. Among the others, you will fine the 'Google web' or 'Google Search' you created. Click on the three dots on the right side and select 'Make Default'
Or switch to Ecosia. You can turn off the AI overview, get away from Google, AND help the environment.
