Well, for some of the stories I have read so far where beta turns to omega is solely thanks to alpha being the "dominant" etc and same reason why he was able to get pregnant despite being recessive, or sometimes the author just portrays these cases as miracle, the beta miraculously having a womb but sorta will have to struggle though the whole preg......
