Not really a trope but the pale fl and tanned (grey) ml. Basically suggesting colorism and sometimes racism that later becomes misogynistic as women need to appeal to the aesthetic men prefer. You don’t see the opposite in manhwas which makes my point stand that women are a target to colorism.
