Idk if you know how to crochet or anything like that, but you could crochet her a little keychain or something cute if you do know how to do that. Crocheting for people is my little way of telling them they're my favorite person (In a friendly way most of the time)
BUT if you don't know how to crochet, you could try buying some cheap pipe cleaners......
