therapy? an online friend of mine had to deal with them and she dealt with it in a rather unhealthy way. it's not pretty. so make sure to find a therapist you feel comfortable with. idrk if you cant afford therapy or sumn try to talk about it with someone who wont judge you to get it off your chest. or think about why you're having intrusive though......   reply
