I was at school and I didn't wear panties bc it would mark my pants, and it was that one week where you had to wear different things, like crazy hair day, jean day, ect and well, it happened. I'm not very good with this type of thing but please don't give up. You have so many things you can do, don't end it. It's not your fault those things happened to you so don't blame yourself, please seek help. Therapists sound scary but believe me it's worth it. Trying to cope with things yourself is not a good type of mechanism and it'll just beco...... reply
