Try and make yourself do it only 1or 2 times a day. Also I suggest thinking about stuff that makes you uncomfortable or turned off. Masturbating helps you relieve stress but over doing it makes you tired. If this doesn’t help I suggest you go to a doctor.

If My parents found out I read yaoi I’m actually dead. No Funeral, just instant death. I probably wouldn’t survive another 15 seconds on this earth. Who know maybe one day I might tell them.
