I have heard some poisons might make a painless death like Pentobarbital. In high doses Pentobarbital can cause death by respiratory arrest. It is used for euthanasia for humans as well as animals.
(Drowning and burning is probably not the best way to die. Using a gun might make your death be quick.)

Going to my therapist works for me, cus it makes me realize how my whole childhood is literally an example on how to give your kid depression, part 1.
Jokes aside, I kinda 'got out' of depression before I went to my therapist, but I dont remember how. I think 2 things happened;

It doesnt seem like these people you hang iut with are your "friends", especially of it drains your energy being around them.
I made friends by having same interests/hobbies as them. Its easier if you go out to social stuffs, join clubs, find groups on the internet, etc. Tbh, I dont have many friends in hs, but a ton outside of hs!
