I would say it always depends on the fujoshi. For example, I read a lot of yaoi, but I also read smut of other genres including yuri and I NEVER ship real people with real lives together. Anyone who acts upon pedophilic thoughts deserves harsh punishment and a life sentence. THAT BEING SAID intrusive thoughts are not something people can control.
