xan works pretty well but otherwise i do nothing.. i mean my heart starts beating as fast as if a bear was chasing me, and i start hyperventilating so i listen to music and cry eventually to calm tf down. like let the panic attack pass and sleep. or i just go to sleep w my heart feeling like it’s being crushed down.
