Kinda bad, life is plotting against me. three mysterious bruises appeared yesterday, right on my knee, last night I hit one arm full force and broke skin and messed up my other one while cleaning. I also stab my upper lip with a knife while I was trying to lick some jam out of it

Idk if this helps but I would just say watch slice of life anime. Most are just happy thoughts w/o real drama so it's a nice change of pace. I started getting into it after watching/reading heavy plot stories and just needed something to cleanse my palate (?

This is happened to me when I was a teen, I adapted. I modified my autocorrect to miss spell words as I type them and I try to keep track of how other people text so I copy them. Also adjusted my own way of saying this so I sound more passive

Honestly I would back away. This type of things happen and friend groups fall apart easily. you can't bear it on your shoulders, if the dread is messing with you this much is better to leave the situation entirely
