Like a year ago my sleep schedule was so fucked up like I would get barely 3 hours of sleep every night, and it was always very light. Then like once a month or so I would be so tired I would crash and sleep for like 12+ hours. Once I stayed up for like 4 days straight or something idk it was wild.
