in my experience, go somewhere dark (no phone, as little light as possible) and preferably very quiet and just burrow until your head decides to behave. medicine doesn’t work & you can’t fall asleep so just try to keep it together for a bit. i live in a dry climate and my room tends to run cooler every without ac in the summer, so your mileage ......   reply

if you’re on desktop, download an extension that allows you to block certain websites, if you’re on mobile (at least in ios) you can block specific websites in parental controls—you can set it up for yourself. keep the block until you finish exams (i say hypocritically) & then unlock it and binge as a reward. i don’t remember the extension......   reply
