They always use a descriptor like their hair color instead of just writing a pronoun or their name. And specifically for hair color, half of fictional characters have weird hair colors there are no word for so they just make one up! Sounds like you're mad at someone for being a normal sociable teenager. That's just what people are like at that age. I'm sure talking at that time isn't just her decision, but her friends too. It's disturbing for sure, but you're also complaining now that the issue is almost resolved   1 reply
