I zone out or skip smut scenes. I like reading smutty stories if I just want to zone out for a while since even if i skip a few pages I know I didnt miss anything I'll need for the rest of the story. I remember the names but not the stories well. It sucks when I reread stories I thought were amazing 5-10 years ago but I've grown out of them and they aren't good to me anymore. Been accepting parts of me I have been trying to "fix" for years. Like I've been letting myself have a sleep schedule that works for me instead of forever trying to sleep at times that are socially acceptable and I finally am falling asleep and waking up at the same times every day.
