As someone who has been reading BL since I was 14 (27 now), there have been times where I read it less (or not at all) because it didn't hit the same way. If you don't think it's giving you pleasure and enjoyment like it used to, maybe it's time to take a break and widen your horizons!   reply

My taste has definitely evolved throughout my 13 years of reading BL, but rather than changing it's more that I've become more critical and discovered what my preferences were. I'm very in tune with what I like today and it's been consistent for a long time now, but back then I didn't really know what was good so I just liked everything I read lmao......   reply
