egg, salt, pepper, chilli powder/flakes, minced shallot/garlic or both, diced sausage, stock powder. wait till the pan is smoking in oil, then dump em in. just be careful
i rlly just use every seasoning i have in hand. sometimes i mix in sauses and ketchups but that's too much work for me
