I felt more self-conscious and shy as I grew older. But now, I try to start conversations sometimes but prefer if someone would initiate it first. I suck at math too but I’m decent in English, writing, and reading. I don’t think 8th grade matters that much but high school does matter more. Putting excessive stress on yourself is very harmful to your mental and physical health.
