Go for some acupuncture for long term relief of chronic pain. Or massage. Cold pack for the headache, heat pack for the aches and pains. Dark room for the headache, minimal sounds, and talk to your doctor. Chamomile tea is a relaxing thing, give that a whirl too. Try not to let any dr get you hooked on opioids.
